Prasanna Dhoré

Prasanna Dhoré serves as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Equifax guiding the company through its technology and decision sciences transformation. In this role, he is responsible for developing the strategic vision that leads Equifax through the chaotic world of Big Data - the deluge of structured, semi-structured and unstructured alternate data, including social, mobile, geospatial, and machine logs.

Prior to Equifax, Dhoré served as the Vice President of Global Customer Intelligence of Hewlett Packard from 2007 to 2012. Prasanna transformed HP’s rich customer information – more than 2.5 billion customer interactions per year – into a company-wide strategic asset that drove significant revenue and margin growth.

Prior to joining HP, Dhoré served as a Senior Vice President at Mellon Financial Corporation and Executive Vice President of Dreyfus Service Corporation. In his role at Dreyfus, Dhoré was responsible for all aspects of Retail Marketing including CRM, consumer strategy, customer development, knowledge management, and e-business. 

Dhoré also serves on the Board of Employers Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:EIG), a Nevada-based company whose subsidiaries are specialty providers of workers’ compensation insurance focused on small businesses.

Dhoré holds a master’s degree in Statistics and Operations Research from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, a master’s degree in business administration from Kansas State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2004.
