What to expect next
Please check your downloads folder for your selected dispute form.
If it does not download within 10-15 minutes, please return to this page and click Mail Dispute Restart and reselect your dispute form.
If the form still does not download, please contact Equifax Customer Care at 1-866-828-5961.
To complete your dispute package, print, complete and sign the form and include copies of all required documentation that you will find detailed in the form instructions.
If we need additional information for your dispute, we will contact you by mail.
After your dispute is processed, we will mail you the results and outcome of the investigation.
