What to expect next

  • Look for an Email from Equifax with your selected dispute form and next steps to complete your electronic submission.

  • If you do not receive the email within 10 -15 minutes, please check your email spam folder.

    If the email is not in your spam folder, please return to this page and click Electronic Dispute Restart and resubmit your personal information and selected dispute form. Please enter your email address carefully. Some corporate email accounts will not be recognized by our system, so you may want to try entering a personal email address.

    If you still do not receive an email from Equifax, please click here to select the Mail Dispute option.

  • If we need additional information for your dispute, we will contact you by email.

    After your dispute is processed, we will email you the results and outcome of the investigation.
